Jackson Family Human Services Day Program offers individualized service plans based on specific needs. By creating opportunities to work, volunteer, train, and intern in the community, each individual will work towards personalized goals to increase independence.

DAY PROGRAM SERVICES:
  • Behavior Measurement and Data Collection

  • Behavior Assessments

  • Behavior Documentation and Reporting​

  • Behavior Reduction and Intervention: targeting problem behavior and increasing skills

  • Individualized Behavior Intervention Application ​

Jackson Family Human Services Day Program supports individual’s with developmental disabilities, mental illness or any individual in need of our services.  These services will be provided in the least restrictive environment and 70 percent of our activities will take place in the community.  

Our goal will be to develop self-help skills and to help each individual identify their purpose.
